Qurani Ayaat Aur Masoor Dua Se Banay Taveez Aur Unn Ka Hukum
Qurani ayaat aur masnoon alfaaz se dam karna jaaiz hai aur dam mein phoonk maarna bhi durust, jisak_h baaz ahadees se pata chalta hai. taham taveez ko latkaana, pehnana Faramin nabvi ki Sarahat aur gair masnoon honay ki bana par durust nahi. gair qurani taveez ki hurmat ke baray mein to wazeh ahadees hain, jaisa ke masnad Ahmed mein hai ke’ jis ne taveez ( Tamima ) latkaya, allah is ki morad poori nah kere. aur taveez latkanay wala shirkia amal ka irtikaab karta hai. ( 4؍154 ) waghera. Albata qurani taweez ke baray mein ulma mein ikhtilaaf hai. Sheikh al-hadith Hafiz sana allah Madni Fatawa sanaia mdnih mein likhte hain’ qurani ayaat aur masnoon duaon par mushtamil taveez likhna jaaiz to hai, lekin rajeh aur muhaqiq baat yahi hai ke taveezo se mtlqan parhaiz kya jaye. mazeed yeh ke’ ‘ behtar hai ke taveez ki jumla aqsam se Ihtiraz kya jaye .

Zail mein qurani taveezoon ki hurmat ke hawalay se aik ahem arabi tehreer ka tarjuma hai. haa- meem
Qurani ayaat aur masoor dua se muratab taveez ke baray mein ulma ki aik jamaat ki raye hai ke yeh mamnoo taveez mein se nahi, balkay aisay taveez latkaana ( pehnana ) jaaiz hai, un ulma mein Saeed ban musayyab, ataa, abbu jafar baqar aur imam maalik hain, neez imam Ahmed ki aik riwayat aur Ibn abdulbarr, behqi aur qartabi ka yahi qoul hai, imam Ibn temiya, Ibn Qaim aur Ibn hajjr ka zahiri qoul yahi maloom hota hai .
Lekin aksar sahaba akram aur un ke baad ke ahal ilm ka khayaal hai ke quran kareem aur masoor dua ke taveez bhi latkaana ( pehnana ) jaaiz nahi, un ulama mein hazraat Ibn masood, Ibn abbas, hzifh, ukba ban Aamir aur Ibn hakeem hain, neez ibrahim nakhii, imam Ahmed ki aik riwayat, Ibn alarbi, Sheikh Abdul Rahman ban husn all Sheikh , Sheikh Sulaiman ban ABDULLAH ban Mohammad ban abdalohab, Sheikh Abdul Rahman ban Saadi , Hafiz hukmi aur Hamid al faqi hain, neez dore hazar ke ulma
Quran o hadees ke taveezoon ko jaaiz kehnay walon ki dalilon ka khulasa yeh hai :
Pehli Daleel , allah taala ka yeh farmaan hai :وَ نُنَزِّلُ مِنَ الْقُرْاٰنِ مَا هُوَ شِفَآءٌ وَّ رَحْمَةٌ ﴾ سورۃ بنی اسرائیل: 82)”
Hum is quran ke silsila Tanzil mein woh kuch nazil kar rahay hain jo maan-ne walon ke liye Shifa aur rehmat hai.’ ‘
Doosri Daleel hazrat aisha? ka yeh qoul hai :
” Mamnoo taveez woh hai jo bulaa nazil honay ke pehlay latkaya jaye, nah ke bala nazil honay ke baad.
Teesri Daleel hazrat ABDULLAH ban umroo ka yeh amal hai ke woh –apne na baligh bachon ke gilaay mein duaye fezaa ltkadite thay aur woh yeh hai :
” Bismi Allah, mein panah chahta hon allah ke kalaam tam ki is ke gazabb aur uqaab se, aur is ke bundon ke shar se, aur shaitano ke waswason se, aur un ke mere paas anay se.
Yeh hain quran o hadees ke taveezoon ko jaaiz kehnay walon ki daleelen .
Rahay dosray qoul ke qayileen jo quran aur hadees ki dua ke taveez bhi latkanay se mana karte hain. unhen fareeq awwal ke un dalail mein koi Hujjat nazar nahi aati, kyunkay
Aayat mujmal hai ( yani is mein tareeqa Shifa o ilaaj nahi bataya gaya hai ) balkay quran se ilaaj karne ka tareeqa rasool Allah ne bayan farmaya hai, aur woh hai : is ki tilawat karna aur is ke ehkaam par amal karna, neez rasool Allah se quran ke taveez latkanay ke baray mein kuch bhi warid nahi, balkay sahaba karaam se bhi is silsila mein kuch warid nahi hai .
Neez hazrat aisha? ka qoul bhi mujmal hai, is mein quran ke taveez ki Sarahat nahi hai, balkay sirf itna zikar hai ke mamnoo taveez woh hai jo bulaa nazil honay se pehlay latkaya jaye, nah ke bulaa nazil honay ke baad’ chunkay un ka qoul bhi mohtamil yani ghair Sarih hai, lehaza mein munasib nahi samjhta ke sirf is riwayat ki bana par un ki taraf quran ke taveez ka juwaz mansoob kardiya jaye .
Yeh riwayat is sanad se zaeef hai, neez is mafhuum par Dalalat bhi nahi karti, is liye ke is riwayat mein hai ke’ ABDULLAH ban umro –apne barray bachon ko yeh dua yaad karate thay aur chhootey bachon ke liye takhti par likh kar un ke gilaay mein latka dete thay. is se zahir hota hai ke yeh takhti un ke gilaay mein dua yaad karne ke liye latkate thay, nah ke taveez ki hesiyat se. kyunkay taveez kaghaz par likha jata hai nah ke takhti par, neez barray bachon koyad karana bhi isi ki Daleel hai
Doosri Daleel yeh hai ke agar yeh amal mashro hota to nabi kareem SAWW ne usay bayan farmaya hota, jaisa ke ruqqia yani dua parh kar phoonknay ka hukum bayan farmaya aur shirkia kalaam nah honay ki soorat mein is ki ijazat di hai, chunancha farmaya :
اعْرِضُوا عَلَىَّ رُقَاكُمْ لاَ بَأْسَ بِالرُّقَى مَا لَمْ يَكُنْ فِيهِ شِرْكٌ
Tum log mujhe –apne jhaad phoonk ke kalmaat sunao, agar is mein shirk nah ho to koi muzaika nahi.
Lekin is terhan ki baat nabi saww ne taveezoon ke baray mein nahi kahi ( lehaza maloom sun-hwa ke kisi bhi terhan ka taveez jaaiz nahi )
1. Surah maozaat se morad surah qul ho allah ahhad, qul aozu bi rabil falaq aur qul aozu bi rabin naas hain, yeh tenu suraten taoz ke liye be had mufeed hain, lekin unhen likh kar latkanay se nahi, balkay is ke parhnay se har terhan ke ranj o gham aur aafat o bulaa mein raahat millti hai. chunancha nisaye shareef mein ABDULLAH ban masood se riwayat hai ke aik martaba hum ghata top andheray mein ghar gaye, aur halki halki barish bhi horahee thi, hum namaz ke liye nabi saww ka intzaar kar rahay thay, aap tashreef laaye aur namaz parhai, namaz ke baad aap ne farmaya : kaho, mein ne kaha : kya kahoon? aap ne farmaya : qul ho allah أحد, qul أعوذ برب الفلق, qul أعوذ برب al naas subah o shaam teen teen martaba kaho, tumhen har cheez se kifayat kere gi. ( sunan nisaye : 8؍ 250 kitaab الاستعاذہ )
2. Ukba ban Aamir kehte hain ke mein rasool Allah ke sath maqam hajfa aur abwa ke darmiyan chal raha tha ke bohat taiz aandhi chalne lagi, aur raat be had andheri thi to rasool qul أعوذ برب الفلق aur qul أعوذ برب al naas parhnay lagey, aur farmaya : ukba! un dono سورتوں ko parha karo, un sa taoz kisi ne nahi parha. ( sunan ابوداؤد : 1463 )
3. Hazrat aisha? se bukhari shareef mein riwayat hai ke nabi saww ka mamool tha ke aap har raat jab bistar par atay to apni dono hathelion par qul ho allah أحد, qul أعوذ برب الفلق aur qul أعوذ برب al naas parh kar phonkte phir –apne jism par jahan tak haath pohanchana phertey thay, istarah teen martaba karte. ( sahih bukhari : 11؍107؛ sahih muslim : 2192 )
AAYAT AL KURSI : surah al-baqrah ki aayat 255 ko aayat al kursi kaha jata hai. sab se azeem al shan aayat yahi aayat al kursi hai .
4. Shetan ke shar se bachney ke liye yeh aayat akseer hai, chunancha hazrat abu-hurera ka bayan hai ke woh sadqa ke maal ki hifazat par mamoor thay ke aik din chor chori karne ke liye teen raat musalsal aaya aur har raat pakra gaya, teesri raat usay hazrat abu hurera ne rasool Allah ke paas le jane ki dhamki di to is ne kaha ke mujhe chore do mein tumhen chand kalmaat bata deta hon jin se allah tumhen faida day ga, chunancha is ne poori aayat al kursi parh kar batayi, aur kaha ke yeh aayat sotay waqt parh liya karo to tumhari nigrani ke liye aik Muhafiz allah taala ki taraf se muqarrar hojaye ga, aur subah tak shetan tumahray qareeb nahi aasakta. subah hui to hazrat abu hurera ne yeh maajra rasool allah se bayan kya to Ap ne farmaya : is ne yeh sach kaha, lekin hai woh bara jhoota, woh shetan hai.
